Our Surgeons are Fellowship-Trained, having Completed their Training at World Leading International Institutions before Commencing Consultant Practice in Ireland.

These include the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, Shriner’s Hospital, LA, Toronto, and London, UK.

Our Team of Spinal Surgeons are at the Forefront of Training and Development in Spine Surgery.

They are nationally and internationally recognised as leading trainers in spine surgery.

The team undertake over 1000 spinal procedures a year and treat almost 10,000 patients, with conditions ranging from degenerative spinal conditions such as lumbar or cervical discectomies and fusions, through to complex tumour and deformity correction cases.

The team are expert in all aspects of spine surgery, including pain management techniques, minimally invasive surgeries, and image guided surgery.

Prof. Seamus Morris

Mr Seamus Morris is a consultant Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon working in the National Spinal Injuries Unit, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh and the National Rehabilitation Hospital.

Marcus Timlin is a consultant spinal surgeon practising at the National Spinal Cord Injuries Unit, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh.

Mr Olan Carmody is a Fellowship-trained Orthopaedic & Spine Consultant in Tallaght University Hospital, the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and in the National Spinal Institute at the Beacon Hospital.
